Where Have You Seen Craig in Action?
Expo Appearances
In 2022, Craig was lucky enough to host trivia at both the Calgary Comic Expo in April and the Edmonton Expo in September. In addition to hosting trivia, Craig also hosted a panel called "Queer in the Fandom", about the struggles it can be to be Queer fan when you're not always welcomed or represented. Craig has continued to host panels at Calgary Expo yearly!
Public Speaking
Craig was the emcee for 4 years at the "Pat McFarlane Cancer Research Foundation Gala", a dinner, dance and auction night. In 2019, Craig was asked to be the Client Ambassador and give a speech at the 2019 Hike for Hospice and returned again in 2024. Craig was also one of the guest speakers at the 2021 Brewer's Lecture where he spoke about being Queer in the Craft Beer Industry. In the summer of 2021, he was one of the panelists at Born's Diversity in Beer discussion. In 2026, Craig hosted two days during Calgary's Chinook Blast outdoor concert.
Past Bingo Night
When not out as Trivia Daddy, Craig is probably hosting as Bingo Daddy. If knowledge isn't your game, hopefully luck is. In addition to the monthly bingo nights at Born Brewing Co., Bingo Daddy has hosted bingo for Girls Connects YYC, Citizen Brewing, and The Brewer's Apprentice.
Past Trivia Nights
As "Trivia Daddy", Craig hosted Trivia and Bingo nights at Revival Brewcade for over a year. Craig hosted the "Pride In Business" Spring Trivia (twice) night over Zoom. Craig had an almost weekly trivia night over Zoom during the COVID-19 Pandemic to keep people entertained. He has also hosted in person trivia/Name That Tune at Outcast Brewing, The Brewer's Apprentice, SunnyCider, Nine In A Line Brewing, City & Country Winery, Civic Tavern, The District, Uncommon Cider, Small Bar, Rising Tides, Two Rivers Distillery and for organizations such as Showpass and Closer To Home.
Brier's Tournament
In March 2022, Craig headed down to Lethbridge to host trivia at the Tim Horton's Brier Tournament. Trivia Daddy got to host a special edition at the famous "The Patch" beer gardens.
California Suite
Craig joined Simply Theatre West's production of "California Suite". Craig co-starred as Marvin & Stu in two out of 4 scenes all about relationships taking place in the same hotel suite in California. Ran from March 6th - 14th, 2020 at Pumphouse Theatre.
Heritage Park
Craig was cast as Woody in Heritage Park's 2019 Halloween Show called "A Toy Story". The play aired for several days during the Halloween event.
Movie Daddy
Craig's love of movies has helped with various events he's been part of. In 2021, Craig hosted the monthly series "Film Geeks" at Confluence Distillery. In 2024, Craig started the monthly series "Sunday Scaries" & "Sunday Cinema" at Born Brewing Co.
In 2025, Craig teamed up with local filmmakers Dallas Soonias & Jocelyn Chugg for the Alberta Indie Film Throwdown, a short film festival screening Alberta made films. So far, 3 iterations have ran at The Plaza Theatre.
Alberta Beer Awards
Craig was the host for the Annual Alberta Beer Awards, held in October 2023 and in October 2024.
